Like Ian Porter and Tony Beresford, I can find no known satellite to
explain this decay.

I calculate that #23578 = 94- 85 Y (Rad Rosto deb) did decay on that
date if its final three elsets are to be believed, but the latest elset
was for six days before. Its orbital plane was too far to the west in
any case.

I put the decay of #24428 = 94- 29 SG (STEP-2 Pegasus deb) late on April
24, about 3 days after its final elset.

Is there any description of the Canberra "decay" (duration, direction of
motion, etc)?
