Star Charts added to GSOC web site

Hi all,

I've just finished upgrading our site to show satellite tracks against the
star background. This work was accelerated to support the Starshine project
which is due for launch next month on the Shuttle.

The charts show all stars down to magnitude +6.5, plus the planets and moon.
The first chart has a 60 deg. FOV and is good for identifying which
constellations the satellite will pass through. Clicking
anywhere in the chart zooms in to a 20 deg. FOV which is more accurate for
observations. Charts
can be scrolled by clicking on the border. The size of the chart can also be
selected by the user, up to 1600x1600 pixels.

All the charts are generated on the server, so you don't have to wait for a
Java applet to be downloaded (the SkyChart applet is still available
though).

Eventually, I want to increase the detail shown by including stars of higher
magnitude and allowing the user to zoom in to a smaller FOV for really
accurate observating.

As usual, our starting page can be found at http://www.gsoc.dlr.de/satvis
