Hi everyone, As long as I was playing around with solar transits, I thought I'd check for transits by the largest object in orbit: Mir. As it turns out, there's a good one tomorrow morning (Fri., April 16) for southeastern Texas. Here are some points on the centerline: 9:02:45am CDT 27.4931N, 98.0223W 9:03:00am 28.2725N, 97.1590W 9:03:15am 29.0460N, 96.2944W 9:03:30am 29.8135N, 95.4272W Portions of Corpus Christi and Houston are on the centerline. (Unfortunately, I think Paul Maley is out of town!) --Rob
