STAGE ROCKETBODY.

A. THE ORION SPACECRAFT IS A HUGHES 601HP COMMUNICATIONS SATELLITE.
IT IS 3.5 METERS IN DIAMETER, 5.81 METERS IN LENGTH STOWED AND 10 M
WIDE WITH PANELS DEPLOYED. A MASS OF 4,300 KG INCLUDING FUEL.

B. THE 2ND STAGE ROCKETBODY HAS AN OVERALL LENGTH OF 7M, BODY
DIAMETER IS 2.4M AND EXIT CONE DIAMETER IS 1.5M.

LAUNCH VEHICLE DESCRIPTION:
THE LAUNCH VEHICLE IS A TWO STAGE DELTA-III (MODEL 8930). THE
VEHICLE OVERALL HEIGHT IS 40.66M WITH A DIAMETER OF 4M (W/O STRAP-ONS).
