Confused Globalstar Names

Earlier I posted an elset that I thought was from today's Globalstar
launch. The mean motion confused me until I realized the rocket
enters a lower perigee orbit after dispensing the payloads. The first
elset below is from Alan's SatEvo site. Compare it to the prelaunch
ROCKET elset I posted a few days ago (for the 23 April launch date).
The mean motion and eccentricity are close. RAAN is close enough
since I did not adjust the rocket elset for the 24 April launch date.
Thus I conclude that the 98023A designation will eventually be changed
to 98023 E when all the pieces are cataloged.
98023A 1240 x 194 km
1 25306U 98023A 98114.94059181 -.00002699 00000-0 00000-0 0 19
2 25306 51.9670 89.2400 0737135 66.4111 301.3103 14.52610767 15
Rocket, 23 Apr 98, 22:54 UT (Prelaunch elset)
