I was uncertain about the launch date so I assumed 4 Apr 98.  The problem
is that even the launch time is uncertain.  Since this came from Florida
Today, I will assume it is correct.  The 2 apr 98 elset is included for
backup.   The azimuth/elevation should be the same for a given pass but 
earlier (approximately 5.5 minutes per day)
