Approx. 3:10 UT, 30 April, Mike McCants acquired Raduga 33
(96-10A, 23794) in his 8-inch (203 mm) scope, and we both
observed it in the 8-inch and also the spotting scope. Mike
timed its flash period as 8.000 (38 cycles in 304.00 seconds).
Some secondary maxima were observed, separated from primary
by about 1 second. Magnitude was approx. 5.5 to 8.5, I think.
Location was BCRC, Austin, Texas, 30.315N, 97.866W, 280 meters.
(I'm sorry this is not in proper flash report format.)
