On a less humorous note I was just visiting the Orbital site

trying to figure out what weight penalty they paid to launch in a retrograde 
orbit. I couldn't find anything about previous payload weights but I seem to 
recall around a 600 (?) pound payload for a low inclination prograde orbit 
and the payload weight this time was around 429 pounds /195 kg or perhaps a 
30% weight penalty?
