I have seen A and I have failed to see B and C (6 days ago).

Note that B is in a lower energy orbit than A and C is in a higher energy
orbit than A by about the same amount.  Springs ejected "covers" in
opposite directions?

The elements of D and E are only very slightly from A.

I would assume that D and E are some kind of "covers" that have been
recently released from the payload.
