New Flasher?

Just looked at passes for satellites on Mike McCants' Recent.tle.

There was a parade of the three objects from the 1997 012 launch.
Object B (#24756) was due at 21:14 local, object A (#24753) one minute
later, and Object C (#24765) at 21:17.

I missed object B (clouds not a factor yet). But at 21:15, I saw a
nice flasher (maybe 3 flashes per second) and bright, followed closely
by a likely steady, dimmer object. Clouds precluded following them
and also made sighting of the C piece unlikely.

I ran Alldat.tle and found no other matches so I suspect I saw the A
and B pieces closer together than predicted.

elements included in case someone else can confirm the sighting. The
flasher is worth the effort even though I only saw it for a few seconds.
