Close visual encounter

Hello,
someone asked me to identify a pair of satellites without providing very
accurate data on the apparent path. However, the time is accurate to a few
minutes and I was told that the satellites crossed each others track
within 2 seconds -- this should help identification. However, I don't know
of any software yet that could provide a list of such close encounters.
Any suggestions? I could also post or mail the observation data if anyone
wants to check it out.
