FWIW, I thought it might be worthwhile to check up on Lacrosse 2
in light of the possibility that its companion has been deorbited.
It seems to be running on the schedule predicted by the last Molczan
elset.

From my location at 38.92N, 77.15W, it crossed the handle of the Big
Dipper at 013003 +- 2 sec 3 April 1997 (203003 2 April EST) between
(I think) epsilon and zeta UMa about 4/5 of the way toward zeta. I might
have the sequence of stars in the handle wrong.
