10x50's & mediocre seeing with slight humidity, city light, and not-so-high
elevation (az/alt = 252.0/14.7):

4/2/97 (UT)
                   time from
flash #     UT      previous

  1     3:41:27.0
  2     3:42:02.2     35.2    (3 x 11.73)
  3     3:42:13.9     11.7
  4     3:42:25.5     11.6
  5     3:42:37.2     11.7
  6     3:42:48.8     11.6
  7     3:43:00.6     11.8
  8     3:43:12.4     11.8

               ave =  11.71

There were four flashes before #1 (before timing could begin) and two faint
ones between #1 and #2 that were not accurately timed. Also, a few more
followed #8 that were increasingly faint.

Times should be within 0.5 sec of UT (time server to laptop to stopwatch).

I'm guessing limiting mag around 8. Could not see sat at all between flashes.
