SeeSat-L Volunteers Retrieve OIG Elsets
Richard Fredrick and I would like to acknowledge some
of the individuals who have been retrieving elsets for us
from OIG for compilation so other visual satellite observers
could have an elset (leo2dn.zip and molczan.zip) of potentially visible
satellites and an elset (eccen2.zip) for highly eccentric potentially visible
satellites on a weekly basis. We wish to thank those (only a
portion are listed) who have helped us in this endeavor.
