This is the first Zenit-rocket that started accelerating after it had become Steady. As you know these Zenits are all very easy to be followed with the unaided eye. If they are all going to accelerate in the future we will have a lot of bright flashers! Let's hope...

As you can see very clearly on the graph of the Semi Major Axis, this Russian Zenit rocket had a sudden jump in Mean Motion between 96 Feb 28 and 96 Mar 8. The semi major axis decreased with about 450 metres.
